Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior EUC leader to manage end-user computing operations across a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a distributed EUC team of 10,000+ endpoints.
  • Manage the lifecycle of devices, patch management, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Drive smooth operations across multiple platforms including Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, iOS, and Android.
  • Oversee mobile fleets, Apple/iOS, RF scanners, and printing infrastructure.
  • Implement ServiceNow processes for incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align EUC services with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and introduce automation/optimisation where possible.
About You
  • 5+ years in senior EUC leadership, managing enterprise-scale devices.
  • Proven experience with technical expertise across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Leadership skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple geographies/time zones.
