Senior EUC Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the End User Computing team to deliver seamless IT services across ANZ and APAC. This includes overseeing EUC support operations, managing the lifecycle of EUC hardware and applications, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-user support operations for Windows, macOS, iOS, handheld devices, and printers.
- Oversee the management of EUC hardware, applications, and licensing throughout their lifecycle.
- Evaluate incident and escalation processes to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, patching, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior IT management role with proven leadership of a technical support team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms, as well as corporate applications.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, BigFix, and Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skill in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and knowledge base resources.
