The Role


As a Paid Search & Affiliates Lead, you will manage end-to-end performance across Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks. With the support of a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will deliver full-funnel campaigns, optimize feeds, and drive measurable results across revenue, ROAS, and CPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage global Paid Search & Affiliates performance strategy

  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns aligned to product releases and business KPIs

  • Deliver weekly reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights

  • Partner with tech teams and external platforms to enhance feeds and visibility

  • Mentor and manage junior team members for effective channel execution

  • Explore new affiliate opportunities, negotiate rates, and expand global partnerships

About You

We are looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will bring hands-on Paid Search experience, experience within an ecommerce business, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for performance marketing.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in Paid Search & Affiliate marketing

  • Expertise in Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and reporting

  • Strong data analysis and insight generation skills

  • Ecommerce background is a must (Shopify experience highly regarded)
