Strategic Contract Lead

- Develop and execute contract strategies for complex projects, including oil, gas, and decommissioning initiatives.
- Manage client contracts with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and revenue maximization, including warranty executions and dispute management.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate contract performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor contract risks and mitigate potential issues.
- Support the mobilization and setup of new contracts, collaborating with Vic/Central RM and Branch Managers.
- Promote a consistent, improvement-focused contract management framework across teams and projects.
#### Requirements
- Strong operational experience with a background in large-scale, high-risk projects, ideally in oil & gas.
- Ability to set and execute a strategic direction, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue maximization.
- Skilled in contractor and subcontractor management, with proven experience supporting and influencing project teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and achieve positive outcomes for stakeholders.
