Job Title: Healthcare Finance Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our healthcare financing channel. This role will be responsible for driving growth, defining strategy, and ensuring seamless customer and merchant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute growth strategy for the healthcare vertical with clear targets.
  2. Identify high-potential healthcare sub-segments and tailor strategies to fit market needs.
  3. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with national scope.
  4. Partner with marketing, credit, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the customer and merchant lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel leadership, ideally in financial services, health services, or POS financing.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success launching or scaling a vertical, with accountability for both strategy and execution.
