Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee front- and back-of-house operations.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work well under pressure and make timely decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading shifts, managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, and controlling guest experience during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  • Stock rotation and inventory management
  • Prepare food items efficiently and manage kitchen workflow
  • Cleaning duties, including kitchen closure
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the restaurant
  • Drive sales, guest experience, and labour goals for the restaurant while leading shifts

Requirements:

  • Permanent part-time role
  • Availability for various shifts during the week and weekends
