Lead Restaurant Team

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including opening and closing the restaurant.
Key responsibilities include adhering to established processes and procedures, stock rotation and food safety, preparing food items with speed and efficiency, and cleaning duties.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the guest experience during shifts, driving sales and guest satisfaction, and managing labor goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
You will also need to be action-oriented, approachable, and have a genuine love for making people happy.
The requirements for this role include customer service experience and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
