- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Team Lead to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in the success of our restaurants.">
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to drive sales growth, build engagement, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Growth Coaches to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
">This is a people-focused role where you will be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
">We are looking for someone who is great with numbers and has an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports and opportunities for sales growth. You should also be organized and love a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same; you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industry.
