Pfizer's Health Representatives play a vital role in connecting healthcare professionals with therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures to some of the most feared diseases of our time.

The central contact will introduce new and promoted medicines, as well as innovative digital services that enhance patient care. This consultative role spans Pfizer's entire resource and product portfolio to foster long-standing relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with their designated portfolio within a defined geographical territory.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for relevant Pfizer medicines for your accounts.
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions through comprehensive approaches to HCPs treating patients with Pfizer brands.
How You Will Achieve It:
  • Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where products support HCPs meeting patient needs.
  • Act as key point of contact for seamless connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating models and platforms.
  • Orchestrate ideal customer experiences through content selection.
  • Drive identified customers to digital service offerings, providing trusted materials and support tailored to their needs and those of their patients.
Must Have:
  • Tertiary Degree in Business, Science, or healthcare background (e.g., pharmacist, nurse) with industry knowledge.
  • Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical skills to identify connections between data, products, and customer needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Digital space understanding and willingness to keep learning and upskilling.
  • Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond day-to-day operations.
  • Commercial acumen, managing financial budgets, driving sales, and achieving performance measures.
