Key Position: Technical Training Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and implementing comprehensive training strategies for Collision Awareness System (CAS) solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop bespoke training programs catering to the mining sector's unique needs.
  • Create scalable content for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats that meet diverse learning styles.
  • Design engaging technical documentation, training modules, installation manuals, simulations, and assessments that drive results.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions to field technicians, engineers, and operational staff.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and field service teams to ensure training reflects current product capabilities and operational realities.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes based on learner and stakeholder feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mining, Education, or a related technical field.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in training teams or technical staff is advantageous.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in technical operations.
  • Proven expertise in developing and delivering technical training programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in both office and mine site locations, and travel as required.
