The Organisational Capability Coordinator role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for organisational and learning development activities.
This is a challenging position that requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal teams and managers to ensure timely and appropriate course delivery.
- Maintain training and development systems, including organisational structure changes and managing content with our learning management system.
- Organise equipment, resources, training venues, catering, and accommodation as required to support training delivery.
- Strong administration skills and experience coordinating schedules and planning work for multiple customers' needs.
- Ability to work positively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving capacity.
- Qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration or relevant experience in a similar role.
