Leading Business Services Team Member

Job Description

The Business Services team is responsible for providing high-quality advisory services to clients. As a senior member of this team, you will be expected to manage your own client portfolio and build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

  • You will lead strategic discussions and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients across diverse industries.
  • You will oversee a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of work.
  • You will review and manage complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations.
  • You will advise on tax planning and structuring.
  • You will manage workflow, budgets, and deadlines for client engagements.
  • You will support business development and build your professional network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA/CPA qualified with proven public practice experience.
  • Strong technical skills across compliance and advisory.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in clients' businesses.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Developing leadership experience with the ability to mentor juniors.
