This is a critical, newly created role where you'll work across the business to embed strong privacy processes and build a fit-for-purpose compliance framework from scratch.
Reporting directly into the Head of Risk and Compliance and partnering closely with Legal, this is an opportunity to own and operationalise key frameworks in a highly regulated and evolving industry.

What You'll Do Make compliance simple and privacy practical across Tabcorp.
You will: Design and implement an enterprise-wide Compliance Management Framework including privacy that is fit-for-purpose and built for continuous improvement Partner with the Privacy Officer and legal/regulatory teams to identify privacy and compliance obligations and guide implementation of effective, risk-based controls Operationalise privacy compliance by embedding robust processes and controls across all business units Implement a compliance monitoring program including attestations and reporting Build and deliver training and awareness programs that uplift Tabcorp's privacy and compliance culture What You'll Bring You're commercially minded with deep privacy expertise and a pragmatic approach to compliance.
Ideally you will have: Very strong experience in privacy and compliance within a regulated industry In-depth understanding of Australian privacy law, GDPR, and risk-based compliance frameworks A proactive, autonomous style with a demonstrated ability to build frameworks and processes from scratch, especially across complex regulatory landscapes Strong commercial mindset and the ability to navigate grey areas while maintaining compliance integrity Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive engagement and clarity across all levels A degree in Law, Risk, Business or similar (legal qualifications highly regarded)APPLY NOW to shape the future of privacy and compliance at Tabcorp.
