We have an incredible opportunity to lead the Implementation team as the Senior Manager – Implementation.
We are looking for a people-centric and strategic leader who will be responsible for the Implementation function across VIC & ROC, overseeing the implementation of efm's new customers to our 4 PL model.
As the Senior Manager - Implementation, your responsibilities will include: Development, coaching and management of a high performing team of Implementation Managers, Project Managers and Account Managers.
Oversee the implementation of all new customers across Implementation & Hypercare phases Development and maintenance of senior stakeholder relationships with every customer Effective collaboration with our Sales, Commercial, MDM & Service Delivery teams Support with the maximisation of efm's wallet share & margin during the hypercare phase Ensuring a smooth & timely handover of each customer from Implementation to Service Delivery Retention of team members and attraction of talent to the function Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the customer during the hypercare phases across both direct & indirect measures Experience Required Minimum of 5+ years of leadership in the logistics industry or implementation roles Understanding of Sales, Finance, Billing, Business Analysis and Quality Control along with the ways in which these areas impact upon the day-to-day service provide by efm to each of its clients.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Proven creative thinking ability to overcome customer rejections Adaptable in dealing with ever-changing conditions This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career at efm Logistics.
