Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Support Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

  • You will be responsible for clerking at courts, managing reception duties, data entry, answering phone inquiries and conducting triage and referrals for clients.
  • Your excellent organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • You must be able to handle sensitive and complex situations with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, MS Teams) and the ability to learn and use legal case management systems effectively is required.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate and work well with others in a busy legal environment is essential.
