Legal Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the legal support team, you will provide administrative assistance to lawyers and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
- Assisting with client service focus and liaison with external and internal stakeholders
- Managing electronic filing and ensuring all files are up to date
- Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role
- Experience in insurance law or debt recovery (desirable)
- Law students with relevant experience encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills
- Professional composure and high level of attention to detail
