The role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Sydney and collaborate with highly experienced colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting audit teams, conducting thorough real estate analysis, preparing valuation assignments, and investigating new applications of technology in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Peer review support for valuation in financial reporting through collaboration with audit teams
  • Pre and post-transaction activities involving extensive real estate analysis on various assets across Australia
  • Exploration of innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Preparation of valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigation and implementation of cutting-edge real estate technology to deliver innovative outcomes to clients
  • Financial and feasibility modelling assistance for projects and transactions involving income-producing and development assets
  • Collaboration on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation, transaction strategies, and property development advisory services
  • Vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across diverse asset classes
  • Market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
