Your Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT THE AUDIT TEAM IN THE PEER REVIEW OF VALUATION FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING
  • Support pre-transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia.
  • Contribute to new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including business case preparation, transaction strategies, and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
  • A detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
