Real Estate Valuations and Analytics Team Manager/Senior Manager

As a key member of our Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver strategic solutions for clients.

Working in a hybrid environment based in Sydney, Australia, you will be part of a dynamic team driving real-world value through transformative strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance services.

This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

  • Supporting audit teams in peer review of valuations for financial reporting.
  • Conducting real estate analysis across diverse assets in Australia, supporting pre- and post-transaction activities.
  • Exploring innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Preparing valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigating new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative results.
  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assisting on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation and transaction strategies.
  • Providing vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios.
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis contributing to thought leadership papers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
  • A deep understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV or MRICS.
