Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Manager/Senior Manager Job Opportunity

This exciting opportunity exists within our national practice, where you will collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery team.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Manager or Senior Manager, you will support the audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting. You will also undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including support pre and post transaction activities.

You will work on new and innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation. You will also prepare valuation assignments in both stabilized assets and development properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilized assets and development properties.
  2. Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients.
  3. Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  4. Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects.
  5. Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes.
  6. Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail. They will also have a detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
