About the RoleAs an Instructional Design Specialist, you will report to the Organisational Capability Design and Development Manager and work with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design scalable and effective learning solutions supporting system implementation and ongoing business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements.
- Apply contemporary instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.
- Qualification in learning and development, education, or related field.
