About the Role
This permanent full-time position involves designing and developing learning content to support skill building through tailored learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the learning team and stakeholders to deliver innovative learning content for technical and non-technical requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning content to enhance diverse skills and capabilities within our business area
- Collaborate with the learning team and stakeholders to deliver pragmatic learning content for various needs
- Create instructional design content for end-to-end learning experiences meeting stakeholder expectations and desired outcomes
- Contribute to virtual, online, and blended learning solutions to meet required objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design of learning content
- Familiarity with diverse learning design principles, including development through authoring tools and related systems
- Understanding of various learning methodologies such as virtual and online learning, blended learning, bite-sized formats
- Consultation experience working with diverse stakeholders to shape learning solutions
