Payroll Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our team in a key role. As a member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading a team of payroll professionals and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payrolls
  • Exercise full function payroll knowledge and skills to perform complex payroll tasks
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-level payroll processing position
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
