Social Program Reform Professional

Our team is currently seeking a Social Program Reform Leader to oversee the design and delivery of energy social program reforms for households in NSW. This involves coordinating implementation across internal teams and delivery partners, while consulting with government, community, and industry stakeholders.
">The role drives program delivery through effective project planning, governance, and risk management, overseeing business cases, budgets, and compliance frameworks. It leads the development of program design parameters, codes, and customer communications, ensuring front-line readiness through training and change management.
">This leader will provide expert advice to executives and the minister on emerging issues and strategies, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, resolve issues, and achieve project outcomes.
">About You">You are a strategic leader with experience delivering complex policies and programs, skilled in governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Confident advising senior leaders, you translate policy into effective program design and outcomes.
">To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in public policy, government relations, project management or equivalent, and relevant experience.
">What We Offer">This is a full-time opportunity (35 hours per week) with office location in Parramatta and flexible working supported. As an employee, you will have access to benefits including a salary range from $173,121 - $191,993 plus super.
