Job Title: Advocacy and Reform Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Advocacy and Reform program. This exciting opportunity involves working with stakeholders to shape reform agendas, reduce stigma and discrimination, and promote community wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to engage with diverse groups, and experience in developing prevention and early intervention frameworks. They will also be able to contribute to strategic planning and provide technical advice to teams.

  • Lead and manage projects to achieve improved systemic planning and outcomes for people
  • Actively seek the views and experiences of people with lived experience to inform reform agendas
  • Develop prevention and early intervention frameworks and strategies
  • Provide technical advice and support to teams
  • Contribute to strategic planning and reporting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, public health)
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and community wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse groups
