Job Title: Sous Chef

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation;
  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including ordering and stock control;
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene;
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment;
  • A trade qualification in commercial cooking;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices;
  • Basic accounting and budgeting skills.
