">This role requires a strong background in plant science, remote sensing, or a related field. Proficiency in computational skills, including experience with modelling tools such as APSIM, DayCent, DAESim, LPJml, and Jules/Cable, is also essential. Experience with statistical software packages like R or Python is highly valued.
">A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also desirable.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with researchers to design, implement, and analyze experiments and models.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies and techniques for monitoring and modeling agro-ecosystem productivity.
- Develop and maintain computational models using programming languages such as Python or R.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at conferences.
