We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team in Canberra, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing infrastructure solutions and offerings on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor for project managers and engineers to deliver the right solutions for customers
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on site, addressing customer technical, development, and IT issues and needs
  • You will stay up-to-date with new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
  • You will adapt to changing customer requirements
  • You will manage technical problem identification and resolution, support system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions
Requirements
  • You must have 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on a range of development and deployment projects
  • You must have experience with UNIX or Linux database administration and tuning
  • You must have extensive knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • You must have Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification, or be willing to pursue certification within 90 days
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
