Your Role:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, financing, insurance, and financial planning & analysis.
  • Develop and implement an effective and sustainable financial strategy and capital structuring of the business.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the highest standard of corporate governance, compliance, and internal control.
  • Build a world-class finance function to enhance the organization's capabilities through effective leadership, coaching, and personal growth of the team.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professionally qualified as a CA, CPA, CMA, or similar.
  • 12+ years of experience and a background in leading a finance function, ideally in a large multinational.
  • Exposure to international companies with large complexity and offshore reporting lines.
  • A high degree of integrity and driven by process improvement.
  • Experience working across Renewable Energy, Power, or Utilities is highly desired.
