We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Process Operator to join our team. As a Water Treatment Process Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our regional water treatment plants.

Our ideal candidate will have had previous experience working in a similar role, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Monitor and maintain water treatment processes to ensure compliance with drinking water quality guidelines and company procedures.">
  • Routine plant maintenance and inspections, including repair and calibration of plant equipment.">
  • Input into the development and improvement of operational procedures and methods.">
  • Assist with the ongoing optimisation of water treatment processes.">
  • Effective collaboration to ensure team goals are achieved.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical trades.">
  • Water Treatment Plant Operators Certificate III (Water industry operator / Water Treatment) or demonstrated operational knowledge of water treatment processes.">
  • Strong computer skills and software knowledge, including Microsoft Office.">
  • Ability to work under limited direction and travel as required.">
  • A valid driver's license.">
