
Aboriginal Health Workforce Developer

This position is pivotal in supporting VACCHO in building a skilled Aboriginal health workforce.
- Lead and empower students to complete their studies for vocational enhancements.
- Develop, deliver, and assess accredited vocational education and training programs for the Aboriginal health sector.
The ideal candidate will be a competent Educator with extensive clinical experience working as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in an acute setting or First Nations Health Care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum development and delivery management.
- Quality assurance and student engagement support.
The successful applicant will also possess relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, Diploma or higher-level qualification as a Registered Nurse in primary health or acute care, and prior experience as a Clinical Educator and/or delivering adult education to Aboriginal individuals and groups.
