About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Wealth to join our team at Mutual Trust. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Strategic Wealth Management Services: Provide expert investment advice and portfolio management to our clients, ensuring their long-term financial success.
  • Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and objectives.
  • Drive Business Growth: Engage in strategic business development to grow our client base and expand funds under management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal teams to provide holistic financial solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in a senior advisory role, with a background in investment strategy development, wealth management execution, and leadership for high-net-worth clients.
  • Qualifications: Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Master of Finance, CFA, or related field, and be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Skills: Possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
