Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized problem solver with a passion for customer service to join our team as a Logistics Liaison Associate at our Delivery Station in Antwerp. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with Amazon to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customer orders are delivered where and when needed, and as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and third-party logistics providers to identify potential issues, resolve problems, and arrange for re-delivery as needed.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support until you feel confident in your role.

Requirements

  • Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Dutch, with the ability to communicate directly and effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers, tabs, windows, and instant messaging tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Personal touch, empathy, and respect for each customer.
  • Ability to create personalized written responses to customer inquiries that are grammatically correct, concise, and accurate.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
