Job Title: Lifestyle and Wellbeing Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Lifestyle and Wellbeing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and lifestyle of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection.
  • Provide individualized one-on-one support for residents.
  • Assist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are met.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support residents' overall wellbeing.
  • Create memorable experiences, whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game at a local stadium, a lunch at a nearby restaurant, or a scenic helicopter flight over a beautiful island.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs.
  • Providing one-on-one support for residents.
  • Reviewing and evaluating wellbeing care plans and assessments.
  • Providing an exceptional stakeholder experience.
  • Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents' wellbeing needs are being met.

  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
