Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Resident Wellbeing Manager, responsible for supporting villages in bringing our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Village Manager or Wellbeing Coordinator looking to take on a more strategic role, or individuals with strong community and customer experience skills who are passionate about creating thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support village teams to create vibrant and inclusive wellbeing programs
  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
  • Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region
About You

You will understand what village life is all about and be able to make residents feel safe, seen, and supported. You should be confident at juggling priorities, working across diverse teams, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
