Job Title:

Clinical Nurse Consultant or Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker – Senior (Together in Mind Coordinator)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Coordinator for the Together in Mind program. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with clinical staff from adult mental health, child and youth mental health, and child health services to provide psychoeducation and support for women with diagnosed moderate to severe mental illness in the postpartum period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate the Together in Mind program
  • Provide psychoeducation and support for women with diagnosed moderate to severe mental illness
  • Work with women recently discharged from inpatient mental health care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community mental health services
  • Contribute to the development of the Together in Mind program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a clinical or mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of perinatal and infant mental health
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
