Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our team as a Senior (Together in Mind Coordinator) in the Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clinical staff from adult mental health, child and youth mental health, and child health services to facilitate the Together in Mind program.
- Provide psychoeducation and support for women with diagnosed moderate to severe mental illness in the postpartum period.
- Design and implement a step-up/step-down support program for women recently discharged from inpatient mental health care.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in program development and implementation.
- A competitive remuneration package value up to $82,106 p.a., comprising salary between $66.86- $72.59 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7), or competitive remuneration package value up to $76,387 p.a., comprising salary between $67.53 p.h. (HP4).
- Employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%).
- Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.
