Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee maintenance works on completed home builds and display homes across the metro area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance works on home builds and display homes to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Construction Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of completed home builds and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trade Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades to facilitate efficient maintenance work and repairs.
  • Office Collaboration: Work closely with our administrative and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Relationship Building: Foster effective working relationships with trades and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor in Residential Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of the home building market in Perth.
  • Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with trades.
