Mobile Maintenance Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a minimum of 10 years' mechanical maintenance experience in an underground mining environment and at least 2 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role. You should have valid trade qualifications, certificates, and licences, as well as knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package. We offer flexible employment options, including FIFO, DIDO, and residential opportunities, as well as a modern, well-equipped camp featuring sports courts, and a fully equipped gym.
The Mobile Maintenance Superintendent will oversee maintenance activities, manage budgets and procurement, and collaborate with planning teams to drive cost efficiency, improve asset reliability, and maintain safety standards.
You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building. You should also be able to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to achieve key objectives and make strategic decisions that impact the success of our operations.
