Service Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of residential homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential maintenance or construction supervision, with a trade background preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending completed homes during the 12-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues
  • Completing minor repairs on-site where appropriate
  • Conducting structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio
  • Liaising directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinating with other teams to book and manage trades for larger or specialized repairs
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
