Residential Care Support Staff

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team providing residential care services in a charming rural setting.

Harden, New South Wales, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and rich heritage, with stunning countryside views and a relaxed rural lifestyle. Our facility is nestled in the picturesque Hilltops region, close to the regional city of Wagga Wagga and within easy reach of the Australian Capital Territory (Canberra).

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services, maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards, and adhering to infection control principles. They will work collaboratively with the broader team to provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Cleaning communal and dining areas
  • Cleaning and sorting laundry
  • Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Currently hold and maintain a Police Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Must have COVID-19 vaccination
