Senior Team Manager

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer service within our organization. As Senior Team Manager, you will lead a team to deliver quality and timely services to our internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for daily leadership of the team, including resourcing, performance management, and oversight of customer service delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth and sustainability by identifying process improvements and leading change management processes.

You will also play a key role in monitoring customer service deliverables, managing compliance, and developing new business procedures through consultation with stakeholders and industry professionals.

In this role, you will support the development of your team as both mentor and coach, driving a positive culture and contributing to business improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic leader with demonstrated experience in delivering high levels of customer service. You should actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
