Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a highly respected Adelaide-based chartered accounting firm?

We are a two-partner practice located in the Adelaide CBD, servicing a sophisticated client base made up of high-net-worth clients, property groups, and established SMEs. With strong year-on-year growth and a loyal portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in a leadership role.

About the Role
You will work closely with one of the Partners and act as a key adviser to clients on tax, structuring, and advisory matters. You will also be responsible for contributing to engagements, overseeing workflow, mentoring team members, and helping drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of high-value clients with a strong focus on property and business advisory

Deliver quality compliance and advisory outcomes across trusts, companies, and high-net-worth individuals

Review financial statements, tax returns, and structuring advice

Collaborate directly with the Partners on strategic projects and firm initiatives

Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff

What We're Looking For

CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in business services within Australian public practice

Strong technical background in tax, compliance, and structuring

Confident communicator with proven client management experience

Leadership capability with a collaborative, hands-on approach

Experience with cloud-based systems such as Xero and FYI Docs will be highly regarded
