We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our Employee Experience team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of subject matter experts, driving capability development and performance management.
- Provide expert HR services to leaders and employees, including probation, verification of employment, position reclassification, performance review, and terminations.
- Drive analysis and review of HR services and processes, identifying improvements and enhancements.
You will have previous experience leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services. You will have extensive knowledge of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, as well as Employment Legislations. Strong technical skills in HRIS systems, with experience in Workday highly desirable.
