HR Advisory Manager

A prestigious organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisory Manager to lead the delivery of HR Advisory Services in a newly established team.
This is a 12-month contract with a high chance to extend or go permanent, requiring an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HR Advisory team to provide exceptional customer service through effective management of HR queries.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve HR Service Desk operational standards, procedures, processes, and guidelines.
- Develop and implement service performance standards and report against performance metrics.
- Ensure data quality is high and optimised to support client visibility and decision-making via reports and dashboards.
- Undergraduate qualifications in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong HRSS/HR Contact Centre/HR operations management experience in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services to clients that meet service-level agreements.
- Extensive knowledge and working experience in a diverse range of Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation.
- Experience in business needs analysis, identifying alternative solutions, assessing risk and feasibility, and recommending new approaches.
- Strong technical skills, including experience in the use and application of Enterprise HR Systems.
- Exceptional organisational and operational management skills, with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation, and the capacity to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and influencing skills to support the delivery of HR services and the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
