Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. The role is collaborative and rewarding, requiring you to assist individuals with their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist injured individuals with their recovery and return to work;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
  • Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST
  • EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
  • REHABILITATION COUNSELLOR OR PSYCHOLOGIST (WITH RELEVANT MEMBERSHIP);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
