Asset Protection Assurance and Process Optimization Manager Job

The Asset Protection Assurance and Process Optimization Manager is responsible for reviewing, scrutinizing, and revising the Asset Protection's operational processes to ensure compliance with all agreed processes, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and rules. They will examine, critique, and improve workflow efficiencies and provide business leads assurance that these are being adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Access Control Systems and ID Processes, Key Management Systems, DVR/Bodyworn Camera Systems, and experience in developing industry-relevant procedures, instructions, and associated documentation. Additionally, they should have good written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office products, and exceptional understanding of gaming processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop operational strategies to fulfill documentation and compliance targets and optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Work closely with the management team to identify talent and accelerate development through formal and informal programs
  • Review, align, and develop procedures, instructions, and associated documentation to improve operational accountability and consistency
  • Review and monitor all regulatory requirements for Asset Protection, Safety & Security, RSA, Team Entry, and Lost Property to ensure processes/SOPs are in place to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with business unit leads to ensure all SOPs, training materials are adequate and aligned with business practices, industry standards, and ICMs
