Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management and Insight Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing call centre demand data, determining optimal resourcing and future requirements, and providing insights to current trends and consultant capability and performance.

This role involves preparing fortnightly, monthly and quarterly rosters based on demand and trends and in alignment to the Hospitality Industry General Award.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role with call centre, hospitality, tourism or retail experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze call centre demand data to determine optimal resourcing and future requirements
  • Prepare fortnightly, monthly and quarterly rosters based on demand and trends
  • Manage the fortnightly timesheet and payroll approval process
  • Create new ways of reporting and measuring success
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure department forecasts accurately and plans workforce requirements
Requirements
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role with call centre, hospitality, tourism or retail experience preferred;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with senior leaders;
  • Experience producing meaningful reports at a strategic and operational level;
  • Knowledge of call centre and workforce planning software;
  • Experience in providing labour forecasts for medium to large enterprises;
