Job Opportunity

A Civil Project Engineer is required for a major pipeline project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor construction progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review design constructability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage subcontractors across various disciplines, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Forecast costs and manage finances to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering role, with a focus on civil or mechanical construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Prior experience in water infrastructure projects is desirable.
  • Tier 1 contracting experience is preferred, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Will to relocate to Cairns for a short-term period, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
