About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Solution Expert to drive growth by helping customers understand their complex business problems and translate them into solutions using our Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

Our ideal candidate will support Commercial sales teams in understanding customer business requirements and translating them into solutions leveraging our IAM platform. They will maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to maximize impact across customer engagements.

  • Conduct deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholder groups across multifaceted customer industry landscapes.
  • Inform Sales account planning with strategic technical insights to influence overall customer strategy and execution approach.
  • Map customer challenges and opportunities through value messaging assets to customer impact and proposed IAM solution design.
  • Establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical discussions, whiteboarding, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap sessions, and business process diagrams.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops; experience with technical business documentation; proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organisation; and familiarity with enterprise-class software systems and system integration methods.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
